Crews are working to clear debris from Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons.

The National Weather Service contacted Unified Dispatch early Wednesday morning with concerns about heavy overnight rainfall causing damage.

A few boulders were found in Big Cottonwood Canyon around the S-curves at mile marker four on Highway 190. They have since been cleared, according to the Unified Police Department.

The Utah Department of Transportation is working to clear the debris in Little Cottonwood Canyon. One lane of traffic is open around Lower Lisa Falls on Highway 120 at mile marker six.

No vehicles were damaged and no crashes occurred because of the debris, UPD reported.
