(KUTV) — A flash flood warning was issued for parts of central Utah.
The National Weather Service said radar showed heavy rain over the Trail Mountain burn scar in Huntington Canyon, just north of Huntington, Utah.
A recent wildfire in the area has left the area prone to flash flooding and debris flow.
Radar estimates at least 15 minutes of heavy rain and it is anticipated that local water supply springs are in danger.
It is believed that Huntington will experience flooding. Other areas might also be effected.
