(KUTV) Juab County residents are raising money for a young girl killed in a parade over the weekend.

11-year-old Gracie Eyre was ran over during the parade on Friday. At the rodeo Saturday, citizens passed around buckets and raised $20,000 for the little girl's family and for her memorial.

Jason Dansie, the bishop of Eyre's LDS church ward, described the little girl as fun-loving, athletic, and energetic.

"We just want to help the family best we can," he said.

There is a Go Fund Me account set up for Gracie's family here. A Wells Fargo account has also been set up under the name Grace Eyre.
