(KUTV) — Authorities are searching for two male juveniles who stole handguns from a Sportsman's Warehouse on May 12, police say.

At 6:00 p.m., the two suspects entered the business at 10462 S. River Heights Drive and walked toward the gun storage area, video surveillance shows.

The juveniles came to an area where boxes with handguns are stored, and took one handgun each. Video surveillance shows them conceal the handguns in their clothing.

Prior to leaving the Sportsman's Warehouse, one of the suspects stole handgun ammunition, police say.

The theft was detected on May 15 and reported to law enforcement.

South Jordan Police are asking for the public's help in identifying the two suspects. Authorities ask that if you see either of the suspects, do not approach and call 911 immediately, as they are considered armed and dangerous.
