Utah Senator Mitt Romney gave a thoughtful gift to his wife for Mother's Day... at the exact wrong time.

WARNING: Spoiler alert if you haven't seen the latest episode of Game of Thrones.

Romney Tweeted a picture of a "Mother of Dragons" cut-out with names of each of their five children.

The "Mother of Dragons" refers to Daenerys Targaryen, the dragon-riding, self-proclaimed queen on HBO's Game of Thrones.

The gift would have been perfect on any other day before May 12, when the latest episode "The Bells" aired.

In the episode, Daenerys turns from hero to villain when she decides to roast King's Landing (the capital of Westeros, the fictional continent on Game of Thrones) burning thousands, if not millions of innocent people and children alive.

As usual, Twitter users didn't go easy on Romney.
