A Utah lawmaker is planning to reintroduce a bill that would get rid of daylight savings.

This bill would keep Utah in the mountain daylight time year-round.

Bills like this have failed several times before. Rep. Norman Thurston has tried for years to get rid of the time change.

He will introduce the bill during the legislative session beginning on January 28.

Thurston is also credited with introducing the new 0.05 DUI law.
