A Salt Lake County, Utah man is facing three felony charges — accused of soliciting and distributing child pornography which includes a video of a 1-year-old baby being sodomized, according to a probable cause statement.

The PC statement says the National Center for Missing Exploited Children alerted the Utah Attorney General's Office about 31-year-old Christopher Leo Samora after getting alerted by Samora's electronic service provider that he was sending child pornography to another user. Samora was arrested Wednesday morning.

Police served a warrant on Samora's Salt Lake County home where they found several files of child pornography, including a video which "depicts an infant, approximately one year old, being sodomized by an adult male," the PC statement says.

Police say chat logs reveal Samora was also soliciting child pornography in addition to distributing files online.

Police say Samora admitted to soliciting and distributing the child pornography files.

Chat logs between Samora and another person reveal, according to police, that the two were discussing "their desire to find a young boy to sexually abuse," the PC statement says.

Police are worried that Samora may flee the jurisdiction if released on bail, saying in the PC statement:

The court finds substantial evidence to support the charge, and finds by clear and convincing evidence that would constitute a substantial danger to any another individual or to the community, or is likely to flee the jurisdiction of the court if released on bail."

Samora faces three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, all second-degree felonies.
