Investigators in West Jordan are trying to work out why a 19-year-old man was stabbed in West Jordan on Saturday night.
The motive for the stabbing is unclear, according to Jennifer Worthen with West Jordan City Police. Police are looking into some people as suspects, but declined to identify those people on Sunday.
What is known is that the 19-year-old was stabbed at approximately 11:30 p.m. at the Golden Imperio reception hall at 7879 S. 1530 West.
The victim was in stable condition when he was transferred to Intermountain Medical Center, Worthen said.
