(KUTV) - The Cougar football team has nowhere to go but up on the heels of a disappointing season in 2017, and you could feel the optimism when they held one of the country’s earliest media days. Kalani Sitake heads into year three of his tenure with a new Offensive Coordinator in town, as well as a few other position coaches. Sitake made it clear at the end of Spring camp that it would be an open competition for the starting Quarterback job, though with Senior Tanner Mangum returning for another season, some think the Boise native might be the front runner heading into August. Jake Edmonds did around a dozen interviews on a recent Friday in Provo. Here is where Cougar fans can get an early pulse on what to expect in 2018!
