(KUTV) Cross Country runners are known as some of the craziest kids at their high school, but they’re also some of the toughest and hardest working. Over at North Summit High School, away from any hustle and bustle of city life, things move at a languid pace for Braves Senior Sadie Sargent, until she laces up her running shoes and starts churning those legs. One of the best in the entire state, she’s also a helpful and friendly kid, who tends to put team goals ahead of her own. In this week’s Prep of the Week, Adam Mikulich meets a local athlete that’s got it narrowed-down to either Utah or BYU after she graduates. In the meantime there’s goals to work on one at a time.
